I used the opportunity that the plumber was here to ask every plumbing question I could think of including how to maintain our water heater, how to avoid drains from clogging and any possible water leak.The plumber was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had a big plumbing job that needed to be done at our house in Miami Beach. I needed a plumber because of faulty water heater that possibly needed to be replaced. I called SoFlo Plumbing at 10:30am on 07/17/15. I spoke with Franck who was assisting another customer and told me he would call me back within 1 hour. He did and was very helpful and said he'd be right over. He was at my door at 12:15pm and was very polite and professional. He explained all the work that needed to be done and explained all the options I had in choosing the right replacement for my water heater. Their price of the water heater was very fair and their service was fast and efficient as I had a new water heater installed and working within 48 hours. I will be calling SoFlo Plumbing again in the future for all my plumbing needs and repairs. A+++
