We have used the services of SoFlo Plumbing 5 times in the past 2 years and we have never been disappointed. They are always on time, courteous and always leave the job site when the job is done to our satisfaction. Although we moved into a new house, we've had a few plumbing problems over the years and we always call the plumbers at SoFlo Plumbing to resolve our issues. The latest was the replacement of a tankless water heater which I think was a lemon to begin with. They were able to get a brand new one for us at no cost from the manufacturer as it was a little less than a year old. We only had to pay for the time it took to install the new one and to test it. We haven't had any problem since but for all our plumbing issues like a clogged toilet, a clogged sink or a dripping faucet, I wouldn't call anyone else than the plumbers at SoFlo Plumbing. They are fast, always available and very affordable no matter were you live if you know what I mean....

As you know, Plumbers in Miami have an even worse reputation than auto mechanics. Most of them will charge you an arm and a leg and will not even do a decent job. I took me years and many bad experiences before I stumbled upon the plumbers at SoFlo Plumbing. I was tired of dealing with my old water heater and was concerned about the cost of heating water at my house since my wife and daughter both like to take loooong baths. I documented myself extensively about tankless water heaters and when I was convinced about them, I need the opinion and help of a professional plumber to make the switch. After interviewing several plumbing companies in Miami and being convinced by any of them, I've found SoFlo Plumbing online and asked them to come to my house to assess my needs. Right away, I felt that I was talking to an expert in his field and to someone who actually cared about my needs and budget. All my questions were answered in a straight forward manner, many things were confirmed by what I read online but Franck gave me also a lot of extra information which helped me make an educated decision. He never rushed me to make a decision and I really appreciated that. it took me a week after meeting with Franck to call him back and to hire him to do the job which was completed quickly and at a very good price. I even received a call a few weeks later to make sure that my new tankless water heater was working fine. Way to go SoFlo Plumbing!!!
